Multiple Parishes Under Flash Flood Warning, Some Under Watch
Affected Areas and Warnings
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the following parishes in Louisiana:
- East Baton Rouge
- Livingston
- West Feliciana
- St. Helena
- Tangipahoa
Additionally, the following parishes are under a Flash Flood Watch:
- Ascension
- St. James
- Assumption
Heavy Rainfall and Impacts
