The highly anticipated prequel to Game of Thrones has been a huge success, earning a Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and winning an Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series. Season 2 promises to be even more epic, with more dragons, more battles, and more political intrigue.

Here's everything we know so far about Season 2 of House of the Dragon:

• It will consist of 10 episodes, airing weekly on HBO.
