Arena, the Competitive Tactical Project in the Tarkov Universe

Ahead of an upcoming wipe scheduled for this month
Battlestate Games has released an updated Escape from Tarkov roadmap, revealing that its spin-off project, Arena, will be launching on December 14. Arena is a competitive tactical shooter set in the Tarkov universe, featuring PvP and PvE gladiatorial modes.
The announcement comes ahead of an upcoming wipe scheduled for this month. Wipes are a regular occurrence in Escape from Tarkov, and they reset player progress, allowing everyone to start on an even playing field. The upcoming wipe is expected to bring a number of changes to the game, including new weapons, maps, and gameplay mechanics.
Arena is being developed as a separate game from Escape from Tarkov, but it will share many of the same features. Players will be able to create their own characters, customize their loadouts, and team up with other players to take on opponents in a variety of different modes.
Arena is still in early development, but Battlestate Games has released a number of screenshots and videos that give us a glimpse of what to expect. The game looks to be a promising addition to the Escape from Tarkov universe, and it's sure to be a hit with fans of the original game.
